Planting A Garden

I am so excited!! We have finally gotten around to planting a garden in our backyard. Today we went and bought some plants to fill out the raised flower bed the boys built on Saturday.

Young Again

 

It has been a tradition in our family to color eggs every year... until we all got old. So this year my mom and I wanted to feel young again and we boiled some eggs and bought some dye and painted up some eggs for tomorrow!

Not Cool

This is a poem that I think is a nice read and all, but if someone wrote me a poem like this I wouldn't appreciate it very much! It's just not cool to tell someone this kind of stuff! :D Way to go Shakespeare!

My mistress' eyes are nothing like the sun;

Coral is far more red than her lips' red;
If snow be white, why then her breasts are dun;
If hairs be wires, black wires grow on her head.
I have seen roses damask'd, red and white,
But no such roses see I in her cheeks;
And in some perfumes is there more delight
Than in the breath that from my mistress reeks.
I love to hear her speak, yet well I know
That music hath a far more pleasing sound;
I grant I never saw a goddess go;
My mistress, when she walks, treads on the ground:
   And yet, by heaven, I think my love as rare
   As any she belied with false compare. 

And speaking of things uncool, I somehow managed to delete half the pictures on my blog :( Hope it won't take too long to upload them all back...

Spring Break Challenge

I'm finally on Spring Break and I am determined to make every day of it count! I have set a goal for myself to do something cool or productive everyday. Let's see how long I will last :D
