Quick Finger Food

I thought these sandwiches looked like cookies a little, but no one else seemed to. They're really delicious and very simple to make! The yellow ones are a mix of shredded cheese, shredded eggs, a little garlic, a little salt, and about two table spoons of mayo. The pinkish ones are just shredded chicken and mayo. Both types are topped with some chopped scallions. Great finger food :D

Fun in the Sun

This past week, I got the opportunity to go to the beach with my parents for a few days. It was really fun and the weather was terrific! We spent lots of time relaxing in the sun, which is fairly uncommon here in the Pacific Northwest :)
